To book a stadium tour for a large group, please complete our large group stadium tour request form below. Our exclusive group tours are tailored to accommodate parties of 11-75 guests.

- - Tours MUST be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
- - Tours subject to tour guide's availability and are NOT available on weekends or holidays.
- - No tours will be permitted on the Fridays of a home football weekend.
- - No videos are allowed on tours.
- - Tour locations may vary because of previously scheduled events.
- - Absolutely no food, drink, or pets are permitted in Michigan Stadium. If you have a certified service animal that will need to attend, please contact the Special Events Office to make arrangements and submit the proper paperwork (stadium.tours@umich.edu).
Tours run from 1-1.5 hours.
You will see as many spaces as we can show you (subject to availability): The Club Level, A Private Suite, Game Day Locker Room, Tunnel and Field.
Cameras for photos are allowed but please NO videos.
There will be time on the field. If you would like to bring a football with you, you can. Footballs will not be provided.
Absolutely NO food, drinks, or pets are permitted in Michigan Stadium.

The confirmation email you will receive will have the information on where to go to meet your group. Please refer to that for more information.
A friendly reminder that Ann Arbor and the surrounding area is very busy so traffic might be an issue. PLEASE be on time for your tour (10-15 minutes early) so the tour can start on time. If you do not arrive on time, the tour will start without you. (Tour tickets are non-refundable)
Tours run rain or shine. If weather conditions are too severe your group will be notified.
Yes – we can accommodate your request but your tour may be limited. Please make sure that you note this on the tour request form. Please provide your own wheelchair/walker/cane.
Our maximum is 75 guests. If you have a larger group we can discuss available options during the reservation process.
*Limits are set depending on staffing, the time of year, the group, etc.
You can request more guests be added - Additional guest requests at a later time/date are not guaranteed. NO changes/additions can be made in less than 24 hours.
Our 2025 pricing is as follows:
-Adults (18 yo and older): $20.00
-Students (17yo-5yo OR Current MCard Holder, Non-Profit OR Active Military): $10.00
-Child (4yo-3yo): $5.00
-2yo and under - FREE
Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, please contact our office (stadium.tours@umich.edu).
For Small Groups: - Payments are submitted during the booking process. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable.
For Large Groups - Payment is requested VIA Credit Card a payment link will be sent to the email address used to schedule your tour 1 week prior to your tour date. Payment is due NO later than 3 days prior to your tour. Links often end up in Spam/Junk folders so be sure to check there too! If you still cannot find your payment link, please contact our office at stadium.tours@umich.edu, and a new one will be sent to you. No CASH payments are accepted. Internal Michigan Departments can pay VIA University Short Code. If there is an issue with your payment, please contact our office stadium.tours@umich.edu.
Yes, you can reserve the field for social time on the field. Please contact the Special Events Office (stadium.tours@umich.edu) for more information.
Yes, you can reserve time on the field for Senior, Family, Wedding, and Engagement Photos. Click HERE to fill out a photo request form!
Yes, you can! The best way to do that is to purchase a gift certificate. Our Gift Certificate is $100 for 5 guests. You can do that HERE. If you would like another denomination, please contact the Special Events Office for assistance (stadium.tours@umich.edu)!
