To book a stadium tour for a large group, please complete our large group stadium tour request form below. Our exclusive group tours are tailored to accommodate parties of 11-75 guests.

- Tour requests for large groups (10+ guests) must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
- Small groups (10 or fewer guests) may reserve up to 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. If a tour is fully booked, additional tickets will not be offered.
- Tours are subject to the tour guide’s availability and are not offered on weekends or University-observed holidays.
- Tours are not available on Fridays prior to home football games.
- Video recording is strictly prohibited during tours.
- Tour locations may be adjusted due to previously scheduled events.
- Food, beverages, and pets are not permitted inside Michigan Stadium. Guests requiring the assistance of a certified service animal must contact the Special Events Office in advance to arrange accommodations and submit the required documentation at [email protected].
Tours run from 1-1.5 hours.
You will see as many spaces as we can show you: The Club Level, A Private Suite, Game Day Locker Room, Tunnel and Field * all areas of the tour are subject to availability *
Cameras for photos are allowed but please NO videos.
There will be time on the field. * subject to availability * If you would like to bring a football with you, you can. Footballs will not be provided.
Absolutely NO food, drinks, or pets are permitted in Michigan Stadium.
If you have a service animal that will accompany you on your tour, please contact the Special Events Office ([email protected]) to ensure your access needs are met.
The confirmation email you will receive will have the information on where to go to meet your group. Please refer to that for more information.
A friendly reminder that Ann Arbor and the surrounding area is very busy so traffic might be an issue. PLEASE be on time for your tour (10-15 minutes early) so the tour can start on time. If you do not arrive on time, the tour will start without you. (Tour tickets are non-refundable)
Tours run rain or shine. If weather conditions are too severe your group will be notified.
Yes – we can accommodate your request but your tour may be limited. Please make sure that you note this on the tour request form. Please provide your own wheelchair/walker/cane.
Small Group: Small groups can book for up to a maximum of 10 guests.
Large Groups: Our maximum for large groups is 75 guests. If you have a larger group, we can discuss available options during the reservation process.
